First thing, I do not write as a trained engineer or an advanced scientist I have studied geograpghy and some science actually passed my exames in these areas and did study some economics so I have some basic knowlegde in all these areas.

renewable source of fuel means a fuel that can be gotten from the same source. It can be retapped ,regrown, regenerate or maintained without depleting its source.

This is a wonderful move that comes with one problem the source sometimes has multiple use and there fore there is a risk that the source could compete for the highest bidder thereby driving up the price of its other use.This problem was not thought of by me but by an organization that opposes renewable fuel.

However as I have always said to any problem there is  a soulution or there is an end.

Renewable fuel must also fall within the scope of the law. It is only fair and just laws which can guide the development of this new endevour.

suggestion to these laws

1)old farm lands cannot be converted to fuel farms

2)the amount of fuel farms must be noted for each state and be balanced out with regular farms

3)the source of the matterial must come from its own industry that means to those who actually produce the fuel the source should be specific only to that industry unless its source is a byproduct of another industry that would otherwise be trash. In that case it would be good as this would increase the production of that product and either level off price of basic goods to the consumer or keep inflaton down on that product

4)nuclear technology for energy should also come under strict government control and this control should come under at least three agency control to maintain top security and to prevent accidents

5)the concept of ac and dc conversion should be heavily explored(dont know much but it seems to have potential ths is were a battery carries certain amount of electricity and it can be converted into regular electricity.

6) as recently seen in the media trash is a source of renewable fuel it should be heavily explored for it s other benefits example the prevention of desease carry material as these are burnt up into fuel

7)We are concerned that glaciers are melting and may cause land shift and influence the rise of the ocean maybe these glaciers of ice can be converted to drinking water.
